Pineapple Upside-down Cake
Wow. It's Christmas tomorrow! I still can't believe it. I have a bunch of presents for Zoe while J and I forgot to get each other anything - ah well. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, we have J's family lunch in Tuakau and my family dinner later on in Katikati. Debra and I are in charge of dessert for lunch and after 1 'mockup' cake I have created a master piece! See below my Pineapple Upside-down Cake (recipe here), some Apricot Balls & Chocolate Caramel Truffles. Look at me Miss-Domestic-Awesome-Lady. I know, I can't believe it either.

C and I did a similar thing, realised the other day that we hadn't thought to get each other anything, but laughed about it and figured we've bought enough stuff during the year to make up for it hehe
